Central

In 1903 Harry c Stutz and 2 partners formed the Central Motor Company using the engine Stutz had designed after they had left the Lindsay Automobile Parts Company, which had purchased the rights to manufacture this engine and moved Stutz to Indy from Ohio. Obviously there was a quick falling out between Stutz and the Lindsay people. Stutz left this venture as well pretty quickly and the firm produced primarily carburators that may or may not have been of Stutz design. One prototype is believed to have been built.
